How does the delivery system work?

Our service prioritizes customer service above all else. We want you to relax and allow us to do the driving, shopping and delivery. We deliver Monday through Friday . All orders have to be placed the day before delivery. There is a $10 delivery fee. Deliveries are made from 12 PM to 8 PM and we will text you ahead of time to see your preference for date and time of the delivery.

How much is the delivery fee?

It is $10 per delivery.

What type of payments do you accept?

We take all major credit cards as well as Cash App, Venmo and Zelle.

Are you affiliated with Trader Joe's?

We are not affiliated with Trader Joe's. We are an independent delivery service.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

If your item is currently out of stock we will notify you by text and give you a refund.

Is there a minimum amount to order?

No, there is no minimum amount to order.

How do you guarantee frozen and refrigerated items are kept fresh?

All refrigerated and frozen items are packed with double plastic wrap packs of ice to ensure their freshness upon delivery.

What neighborhoods to you deliver too?

Due to growing demand we now offer deliveries to Wesley Chapel, Dade City, Zephyrhills, Mirada, Epperson, San Antonio and New Tampa, Land O Lakes and Lutz, New Port Richey, Brandon, Riverview and Tampa.

I unfortunately have to cancel my order. How do I go about doing this?

If you would like to cancel your please notify us no later than 8:00 A.M on the day of delivery.

How are returns handled?

Satisfaction is our number one concern. If for any reason you are not happy with an item purchased please feel free to reach out to us.

Is there a wait list?

As of right now we have space for more delivery orders. If this changes then we will add a wait list until we can deal with the additional demand for delivery. If you would like to secure your position to receive weekly grocery deliveries please reach out to us to guarantee your order.
